Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game "Iltonggi" ("the App"), provided by Davy Kim (ipe Studio).

2. License

You may install and use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the App's source code, images, audio or other content without permission.

3. Nature of the service

The App is a game that runs offline, and game data is stored on your device. Data may be lost if you change devices, delete the App or reset your device, and we may not be able to restore it.

4. Changes and discontinuation

We may improve or change the App's features, or stop providing it. Important changes will be announced in the App Store description or on this site.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App. The App is a creative work inspired by Korea's Three Kingdoms era and may differ from historical fact.
